I am a senior student of Entomology at the University of Florida. I was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil until I moved to Florida in 2020. My love for insects was amplified by the endless fascinating research opportunities that I have come across in my undergraduate years. The projects I have participated in have allowed me to build on my skills as a scientist. I am very passionate about science and the process of communicating it. I plan on pursuing a PhD program post-graduation.
